Testing

One of the things that make us different is the types of testing we do.  The following pages under this tab illustrate some of the unique testing that needs to be done to diagnose the difficult cases.  

One of the most common comments we hear is that the patient is told their condition is idiopathic (meaning there is no known cause).  The truth is that no one has looked deep enough to discover the mechanism at fault.

There is hope!  One of our mottos is 'dig until you find the gold', meaning, don't stop looking until you figure it out.  There IS a REASON for your suffering, we just need to look.

I am commonly asked as to why all the other doctors the patient has visited never suggested deeper testing.  I too am puzzled at the possible answers:  maybe they don't know about available testing; maybe they are governed by your insurance; maybe they are overseen by clinic policies...?  Regardless as to the answer, they stopped.  They stopped looking!  We won't! 

We do NOT perform 'a la carte' services here, if Dr. Conners accepts you as a patient, he accepts you to 'see you through' the Discovery AND Corrective phases.  Some people have asked if they could just come and get 'tested'; the answer is NO.  Handling your case is a responsibility that we either choose to accept or we don't.
