Distance Programs

The DISTANCE PROGRAM at the Upper Room was designed out of sheer necessity.  Because of the uniqueness of our care and the fact that Dr. Conners approach to disease is different from most others, we have attracted people from across the country and as far away as Europe, Australia, and Brazil.

We understand that it is not always financially possible for a patient to fly into Minnesota and spend time with us necessary for complete healing, so we have developed two possible programs for the distant patient:

1.  Gold Distance Program - entitles the patient to make their initial visit to Minnesota where they spend up to four days at our clinic.  This enables Dr. Conners to initiate all the testing and begin a series of care specific to your condition.  The fee for the Gold Program includes all the necessary testing and treatment performed at your visit as well as follow-up for 6 full months via our 'Virtual Office' where Dr. Conners modulates and guides you through the healing process.  The 'Virtual Office' has the specific 'homework' that may be assigned to you, a Question & Answer board where you can be in constant contact with Dr. Conners, as well as information that may be assigned to you for your particular case.  The Gold Program is obviously to the advantage of the patient as Dr. Conners can personally evaluate you and move you in the right direction. People with a previous Cancer diagnosis are required to utilize the Gold Program.  Depending on your condition, this program may include the use of a Rife Machine at home for 6 months.  The complete cost of this program is around $12,000-14,500.

2.  Silver Distance Program - is for those restricted patients who cannot travel to Minnesota at all, even for an initial work-up and have or believe they have an autoimmune disorder, Anxiety/Depression, ADD/ADHD, etc.  This program is NOT for those diagnosed with Cancer.  In this program, after the initial phone consultation, Dr. Conners may recommend specific testing that will either be mailed to you for collection or instructed for you to receive through your local physician.  After testing is complete, Dr. Conners will begin by laying out a specific program tailored to you with full access to our 'Virtual Office' as above.  The fee for the Silver Program includes the necessary testing that we perform as well as all the follow-up with Dr. Conners for 6 months.  It does not include the costs of testing done by your local physician.

How do you start the process?

Begin by calling our office directly.  Jane will schedule you for your initial phone consultation with Dr. Conners.  PRIOR to the phone consultation, go back to the home page of this site and download the New Patient Paperwork and complete it in detail.  Also, gather up any recent lab testing that you've had performed and fax that, along with your paperwork, back to our office a few days before your scheduled consultation.  Our fax number is 651.264.9844.

So remember, all New Patient Paperwork and recent labs MUST be sent to the clinic PRIOR to your consultation for Dr. Conners to discuss your case. 

Fees?

The initial phone consultation is $195 USD and must be paid via credit card at the time of scheduling.  Plan on spending between 15-45 minutes with Dr. Conners on the telephone.  At this time, he will decide if he chooses to accept your case and you will see if this is a 'good fit'.

The cost of the Gold and Silver program varies depending on the difficulty of your case.  Gold Programs, where you initially spend several days personally with Dr. Conners and at our office staff range around $12,000 USD.  Silver Programs, where all the consultations, recommendations and follow-up are done from a distance range from $3,250 - 8,250. Payment plans are available to those with good credit but one needs to be able to budget $200 - 500 per month on a payment plan.  Supplementation and any labs requested by the patient that are not specifically required by Dr. Conners are not covered under our plans. 

We can recommend local accommodations and attractions.  It is best for you to rent a car for your stay in Minnesota as we are a short drive from beautiful scenery, the Mall of America and it will make your commute to the clinic much easier.
